Billing, Payment and Cancellations
Billing and Payment
For one off or occasional dog walking or pet visiting services an invoice will be issued on the day of the service. Please settle within 7 days of issue. I can also post or email a receipt.
For regular bookings for dog walking or pet visiting services invoices can be sent weekly. Please settle within 14 days of issue. I can also post or email a receipt.
Pet supplies must be paid for on delivery and I will leave the shop receipt or a written one. Wherever time permits I will let you know the cost of your shopping at least 24 hours before I’m due to deliver it but if the order is a last minute one I may have to text/email as I’m leaving the shop(s). Please note that any collections from your vet must be paid for by yourselves before I collect them.
The pet taxi service must be paid for upon completion of the journey and I can give either a handwritten receipt at that time or email/post one later. I can give an estimate of the cost of the journey beforehand if you'd prefer - please just let me know when you book the journey. If using the taxi service for me to take your pet to an appointment with a vet, groomer etc then please ensure that you arrange to pay for this cost directly, Bear and Bean does not pay these for clients.
Payment can be by cash, cheque (payable to Bear and Bean) or electronic transfer. If you want to arrange the later please contact me for the bank details.
Cancellations of bookings
24 hours or more – no fee
Less than 24 hours - the full fee applies
You can cancel by email, text or phone (please leave a message if I don't answer). Please let me know your name and address and the date and time your service was booked for.
